By using Kiwi Events' platform, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. We may update these terms periodically, and it is your responsibility to review them to stay informed of any changes.
As an independent contractor, you are responsible for managing your own taxes, ACC payments, and GST obligations. Kiwi Events acts solely as a platform to connect you with clients and does not employ you as a direct staff member.
All interactions facilitated through Kiwi Events are confidential. While you have direct contact with clients, we expect professional discretion in any shared information. Unauthorized disclosure of platform-related details may result in removal from Kiwi Events.
Arrive on time and prepared for each booking. If you are unable to fulfill a booking, notify the client as soon as possible to manage expectations and ensure a professional experience. Any additional services or upgrades are managed directly between you and the client.
All interactions should be respectful and professional. If a client behaves in an inappropriate or aggressive manner, you may discontinue the service and are encouraged to notify Kiwi Events of any concerns. Avoid engaging in any unlawful activities or arriving at a booking under the influence of illegal substances.
Your profile should be accurate, including recent photos that represent you and match any descriptions provided. By creating a profile with Kiwi Events, you grant permission for your images and information to be used for promotional purposes across our platform, with your approval. Any uploaded content must adhere to New Zealand's Prostitution Reform Act of 2003 and applicable legal standards.
All payment arrangements are directly between you and the client. Kiwi Events does not process payments on your behalf. We recommend clear agreement on payment terms prior to the booking to ensure a smooth transaction.
Kiwi Events reserves the right to review, edit, crop, resize, enhance, retouch, adapt, or otherwise modify any content on your profile to ensure compliance, accuracy, formatting, branding consistency, quality standards, and legal requirements.
This may include the use of professional editing software, digital enhancement tools, or artificial intelligence technologies to improve image quality, consistency, or presentation across the platform.
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the legal right to use and licence that material and grant Kiwi Events Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to reproduce, display, and modify such content for platform and promotional purposes. Kiwi Events does not claim ownership of your content.
All bookings and profile content must comply with New Zealand laws. Any illegal activity, including solicitation of unsafe practices, is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate removal from the platform.
Your data, including profile information and any provided photos, will be stored securely and will not be shared with third parties without consent. Kiwi Events is committed to protecting your privacy under New Zealand law.
Kiwi Events reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at its discretion for any breach of these terms. This may include inappropriate behavior, illegal activity, or failure to follow protocol.

Our secure server is monitored daily for potential breaches, and all data transmissions are encrypted. Please keep your login credentials confidential to prevent unauthorized access to your account.
Providing certain information is essential for participating as a contractor with Kiwi Events Limited. If you choose not to provide necessary details, we may be unable to create or maintain your profile or process your bookings securely.
If you log in through a third-party service (such as Facebook or Google), we may receive information from these platforms as allowed by your privacy settings, such as profile photo, name, email, and phone number. You can control what information is shared by adjusting your settings with the third-party service provider.
You can update your account and profile details directly in the "Account" section of our website. If you've provided information via a third-party service, please update your details or privacy settings with that provider.
If you no longer wish to receive emails about job opportunities or updates, click the unsubscribe link in any of our communications to update your preferences.
Kiwi Events Limited does not store or process credit card details directly. All payments are handled securely through PayPal, Paymate.com, or Kiwibank for bank transfers.
